Privacy policy
Redshifted Ventures LLC ("Redshifted", "we", "us") runs an AI development practice. This policy covers this website and the information we handle when we work with a client. It does not replace any agreement signed for an engagement. Where the two differ, the signed agreement governs.
What this website collects
Nothing. This is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no accounts, comments, or trackers. We do not build a profile of you.
Three third parties are involved in serving or using the site:
- Cloudflare hosts it and keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests them from
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. - Google Calendar powers the "Book a conversation" button. That link leaves this site. If you book, Google and Redshifted receive whatever you enter on the booking page, under Google's privacy policy as well as this one.
Nothing else on the page contacts a third party.
When you contact us
If you email, call, or book a conversation, we keep what you send so we can reply and continue the conversation. We use it for that and nothing else. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.
Client code and engagement material
During an engagement we work inside your accounts and your tooling. We do not bring AI models to an engagement, so whether your code reaches a model provider, and on what terms, is determined by the accounts and plans you provision. We configure those settings with you before work starts, verify how they behave, and write the arrangement down so your security team can read it.
Redshifted does not train models and does not retain your code. Client code, repositories, and internal documents are governed by the agreement signed for that engagement rather than by this policy.
Where we handle data on your behalf, you remain responsible for the data you give us and for any notices or consents your own people require.
Retention
We keep business correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship and to our records, and for as long as the law requires. Engagement material is retained and deleted per the terms of that engagement.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including least privilege access, named accounts, and encrypted transmission. During engagements we follow the client's own access, review, and audit process rather than substituting our own.
Your choices
Write to info@redshifted.io and ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. We will do it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, and we will honor those.
Changes
We may update this policy. Any material change will be posted on this page.
