Built around your team, not a package.
There is no platform to buy here. Every engagement is shaped around your systems, your codebase, and the people already on your team, and every path starts with a conversation rather than a quote.
A sequence, not a calendar.
Each phase depends on the one before it, so the order holds however an engagement is scoped. Nothing later works if the earlier part was skipped.
Readiness and discovery
We read your codebase and your delivery, and agree what we will watch.
Foundation and mobilization
Access, guardrails, and the operating model go in, with the first cohort named.
Lighthouse build
One real project runs the loop end to end, built by your own team rather than for them.
Scale and capability transfer
A second team picks it up, and your own people start leading the work.
Handoff and scale roadmap
We step back, and you keep the playbooks, the checks, and the roadmap.
Every engagement opens with a repository analysis, and proves the model on one real project in your own codebase. Never a sandbox.
We run engagements of every size. Here is our most popular, and there is more we tailor to you.
Catalyst
Prove the model with a light footprint, and see it work on your own code before you widen it.
- Repository analysis
- One lighthouse project, coached
- Enablement program for the first cohort
- Governance model your leaders sign off
Transformation
Most popularThe full practice, built into one team and handed over, with a real product shipped along the way.
- A production lighthouse built with your team
- The playbook library, written on your work
- Review layer redesign
- Engineer transition program
- Second team kickoff
- Executive scale roadmap
Quantum Leap
For an organization moving together, when one team proving it is no longer the question.
- Multiple teams running in parallel
- Governance and playbooks across the org
- A broader champion cohort
Every path is scoped in conversation, on your systems and your goals.
Other ways to start
Smaller front doors into the same practice.Readiness sprint
A short standalone start that gives you a clear picture, and credits toward a full engagement if you carry on.
Ongoing advisory
A retainer for teams already running the loop who want senior eyes on it as they widen.
Team agent platform
Optional, and it runs in your own environment. Useful for some teams, never a requirement.
The things leaders ask us first.
Open what matters to you. If your question is not here, ask it in the first conversation.
Is our code used to train models?
That is set by the accounts you provision, not by us. We do not bring models to an engagement, so the training and retention posture belongs to your own provider terms. What we do is make it a deliberate decision rather than a default: we configure the accounts, plans, and settings with you, verify how they actually behave, and write it down so your security team can read it. Where data cannot leave your infrastructure, self hosted options exist. Separately, everyone we put on an engagement is under confidentiality and invention assignment terms, so what gets built is assigned to you and we retain nothing.
How do you handle security and access?
We follow your process, not ours. Least privilege access, named accounts, your review and approval gates, and your audit trail. Governance is part of the foundation phase rather than an afterthought.
How does remote delivery work day to day?
We work in your channels and your repository, with a steady cadence of working sessions, reviews, and a short written update your leaders can read without a meeting. Time zones are agreed up front so there is real overlap with your team.
What do we need to provide?
A real project worth doing, access to the codebase it lives in, and a leader who wants this to happen. Day to day it runs on a small group rather than one person: a senior engineer as your Delivery Lead, and whoever owns product for that work. It does not take a large team, but it does take more than a single volunteer, because the way of working has to survive contact with the people around it.
What if it is not working?
We say so early. Because we agree at the start what good looks like for this project, both sides are looking at the same thing rather than arguing about it later. If a phase is not landing we change the approach or we stop, and you keep everything built so far.
We do not sell you the noise. We build the signal into your team.
Bring one real project and the people who own it. We will show you what changes, on your own systems and your real work.
